4. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site (text, images, testimonials, logos) is owned by EduOptions Germany or its licensors and protected by copyright laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Limited personal use (e.g., printing a page for reference) is allowed.

• By submitting testimonials, forms, or other content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for promotional purposes.

• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Late payments incur interest at 1.5% per month.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or fitness for purpose.
• We do not guarantee visa approvals, admissions, or financial outcomes—Germany's processes involve third parties (e.g., APS, embassies).
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost opportunities) arising from Site use or Services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid (if any).
• You indemnify us against claims from your misuse of the Site or false information provided.
